Where Can We Find the Best Autumn Foliage?

Get Lost! No kidding, our advice is to find a general area and get lost on the network of little roads that will take you to the hidden treasures of our area. Take the little side roads and you will eventually end up on a paved road in a town that has a name above the Post Office door. You will avoid the heavy traffic of other “leaf peepers”. You are never far from where you started in southern Vermont... and you can get there from here! Take a look at the driving tours to see some of our suggested routes for a scenic day out from Brattleboro. Most circuits will take about 2-3 hours. But you can easily turn them into all day trips.
